- Family counseling and referrals on-site.
- Assist the family and child with other community resources when appropriate.
- Community Education.
- Children from birth to 17 years of age who may be, or are currently at risk of being a victim of physical or sexual abuse.
- Child victims who are required to testify in court.
- Families in crises.
- Referrals are normally received from Law Enforcement, Child Welfare Program, the District Attorney’s Office, the Juvenile Department, schools, healthcare providers and counselors.
- The agency requesting services should contact C.A.R.E.S. directly for an intake appointment.
